Kindergarten & TRANSITIONAL KINDERGARTEN

Our Kindergarten and TK classroom is designed for 5-6 year olds eligible for Kindergarten and children turning 5 years old between September 1st and December 31st who miss the cut-off to attend Kindergarten in the school districts.  

The curriculum for this program is based on SC standards and is reinforced with The Montessori Method and Science of Reading literacy principals. 

In addition to an emphasis on Kindergarten readiness through the development of reading and math skills, students participate in lessons from the 5 key areas of the prepared Montessori classroom: Practical Life, Sensorial, Mathematics, Culture and Science, and Language Arts.

Students benefit from the intended low teacher-to-student ratio, allowing teachers to build strong connections, understand each student’s strengths, and identify areas for growth. This intimate classroom experience also creates a calm, peaceful learning environment where students can focus, collaborate, and feel supported.

School Day Program

Monday – Friday

8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

After school care is available until 6:00 p.m. for an additional fee.
